1. All training must be pre-paid. All in-car training is carried out on a one-to-one basis with no car-sharing.

2. Course fees do not include any DVSA test fees. Clients are responsible for their own test fee, payable to the DVSA.

3. The client’s own car will be used for ADI Part 2, ADI Part 3, Standards Check training, Rescue training and bespoke training packages. The car must be legal (with current tax), roadworthy and indicators / stop lamps must be in working order. Headrests, if factory fitted, must not be removed. If the car does not satisfy these conditions, training will not be given and the fee will be forfeit.

4. All bookings are made on the understanding that the Trainer is not responsible for the postponement of training due to adverse weather conditions, sickness of staff or any other cause beyond our control.

5. Accommodation is not provided but is available locally. Please phone or email for details.

6. Refreshments (lunch etc) are not provided but can be obtained at various places in the locality.

7. No guarantee can be given regarding a client’s passing of any part of the ADI exam, or any test.

8. Clients will be advised about readiness, or otherwise, to take any part of the ADI exam.

9. All reasonable care, but no responsibility, will be taken for clients’ personal property.

10. No audio or video recordings may be made either in-car or in the ‘classroom.’

11. You are advised to bring:

– Notepads and pens – for all training courses

– Visual Aids – ADI Part 3 / Standards Check Guidance / Trainer Development

– L Plates for car – ADI Part 3 / Standards Check Guidance / Trainer Development

– Interior mirror – ADI Part 3 / Standards Check Guidance / Trainer Development

It is also recommended that spare L plates, notepads and pens be kept in the car to cover all contingencies.

12. Clients will be expected to prepare thoroughly before presenting themselves for practical training.

Refund Policy

13. Cancellations made 28 days or more in advance of commencement of the course will receive a refund of 100%.*
Cancellations made within 14-27 days will receive a refund of 50%.*
Cancellations made within 3-13 days will receive a refund of 25%.*
If less than two working days’ (Monday-Friday inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) notice is given of cancellation, or if there is non-attendance for any reason, the fee will be forfeit.
Any change of appointment will incur a £25 admin fee. After a change of appointment and subsequent cancellation no refund will be given. Courses must be completed, or, unless there is a legitimate reason, there will be no refund.

* A non-refundable 20% admin charge will be applied to any cancellations. Any materials supplied free of charge with training will be charged at full price and the amount deducted from any refund in the event of training cancellation.
